Christine Rengger

Christine commenced her career in 1990 working Saturdays on reception to assist a friend. It didn't take long for the job to “sneak into her psyche." In 1991 Christine attended Business College and in 1992 secured her first position as a Real Estate receptionist.

It wasn't long until Christine was drawn to the fast pace of Property Management and successfully worked through to Leasing Consultant, then Property Management Assistant, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and then in 2003 secured her full Real Estate Licence and her own agency. Christine has managed rent rolls from 100 properties through to over 1000 properties.

Property Management is where Christine's passion lives and she strives to ensure her landlord clients are in control of their investment journey.

Christine also holds a passion for training her craft and contracts to the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) where she is a Trainer and Assessor on a regular basis.

Strong communication with landlords and tenants is the key to Christine's success, and respecting all interests of parties involved ensures a smooth tenancy process. Seamlessly, Christine is able to marry the property, landlord and tenants. This skill set is rarely seen in today's marketplace. Quite simply, she understands the entire process which gives confidence to the landlords and security to the tenants.

Unrivalled knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, Insurance information, Tribunal and the day to day running of a Property Management business are specialties and areas of confidence that Christine excels in due to her extensive experience.

Prompt, efficient, reliable.

The best thing you will ever do is employ this professional woman to manage your property. She is “simply the best."
